Located at 4780 Aukai Avenue and listed for $2,430,000, the non-Hawaii Born actor, famous for his roles filmed in Hawaiian Locations such as the aforementioned TV productions, hasn't commented on his recent listing as to whether it's a flip or a move out of state.
Mr. Kim's property sale sparks questions about the longevity of the remade Hawaii Five-O which airs on CBS Monday nights. Mr. Kim recently sold his stake in a local burger joint located in Kahala, which adds to the mystery. Regardless, no factual information is evident in regards to the situation surrounding Mr. Kim's sale of Hawaiian stake. Considering the show's strong success in its time slot, I think it's safe to say the two topics are unrelated.
