November 2010 - Real Estate Market Outlook

Year to date closed sales for both homes and condominiums are up approximately 12%, while average sales price increased a modest 2% over the previous year. New listings for homes and condominiums have both seen an equally meek rise, while pending sales matches closed sales at around a 12% increase over 2009. As with recent moths, days on market maintains a decline while percentage of original list price received upon sale continues to trend upward.
