October 2010’s Hawaii Real Estate Market Outlook pushes on near the close of the year with a familiar pattern: Agents, Investors, Buyers and Sellers looking at the data, attempting to find verifiable and meaningful data trends. Unfortunately, the real estate market outlook continues to be a thing of mystery. While year to date figures can be interpreted as signs of promising growth with returning interest into the real estate market, month to month comparisons rounding up the end of the year continue to decline.
