Before and After Glass Door Chalkboard

I found these beauties and they spoke to me.  Pick me, Pick me, so I did!  I had to use a degreaser because they must have been in a kitchen.  Eeewww.   I thought about breaking the glass and putting sheet metal, or a wood panel. 

 The glass panels were very yellow.  The camera is very forgiving in the shot!

Love the junk scene behind the glass panel.  I have to say it is organized chaos!  I painted several layers of chalkboard paint. 

I painted the wood panel a deep red and it's ready to be hung in a kitchen again!  I have one more glass panel left and I'm excited to see what I come up with next!
